About The Position
Texas Health Central Staffing Office is seeking a Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) for the NICU Unit. This role is PRN, requiring availability for 24 hours per week, and is not eligible for Full Time or Part Time benefits. The position is primarily for Day Shifts and requires flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on business needs. The Central Staffing Office is known for its high-performing staff with excellent critical thinking skills.
Requirements
- Nursing Diploma Required or Associate’s degree in Nursing Required or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Preferred
- CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required
- 5 years of experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in area of specialty Required
- Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire Required
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire Required
- NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire Required
- NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire Required
- A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
