About The Position

Texas Health Central Staffing Office is seeking a Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) for the NICU Unit, working PRN nights. This internal staffing department provides clinical staffing resources for all Texas Health Resources (THR) hospitals. The role requires flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on business needs. The Central Staffing Office is known for its high-performing staff with excellent critical thinking skills.

Requirements

Nursing Diploma Required or Associate’s degree in Nursing Required or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Preferred
Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required
5 years of experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in area of specialty Required
Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire Required
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire Required
NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire Required
NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire Required
A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
