About The Position

Atrium Centers is hiring a Registered Nurse for an every-other-weekend, second-shift role at Plainwell Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation Community, a 39-bed facility in Plainwell, Michigan. The position has eight-hour shifts with a flexible start time between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Additional shifts may be available if desired. The posting lists an additional $3.40 per hour as Hero Pay.

The RN provides individualized nursing care to residents, administers medications and treatments, and supports nursing assistants through supervision, mentoring, and evaluation. The role also requires compliance with state regulations and clinical standards, and compassionate, professional care for residents and their families.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Medication administration and IV certification.
• Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to resident needs.
