About The Position
ComForCare Home Care in West Linn, Oregon, is seeking an experienced, compassionate part-time Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight and support home care clients, families, and caregivers. The role includes conducting client assessments, developing and reviewing individualized care plans, and providing clinical oversight in accordance with Oregon regulations. The nurse will also train, mentor, and support caregivers; oversee medication-related services and nursing delegation when appropriate; collaborate with families and the care team; and maintain accurate clinical documentation. The position offers independence, flexible daytime scheduling, and meaningful relationships with clients, families, and caregivers. Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Oregon RN license.
- Knowledge of Oregon in-home care regulations and nursing delegation.
- Strong assessment, teaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with compassion and sound clinical judgment.
