About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Registered Nurses for its HICU® Health Services team in the New Castle, Delaware area. HICU® Health Services Hospital at Home Nurses help infants and young children transition from the hospital to home. Working as an extension of a hospital care team, nurses provide skilled, one-on-one care to clients at home during the initial weeks of homecare, train families, and support the ongoing care team in a team-based environment. The role offers full-time and part-time scheduling. The stated pay range is $50–$55 per hour, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus is advertised. Requirements

Hold a current Registered Nurse license.
Have at least one year of verifiable work experience as a Registered Nurse.
Have NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care tracheostomy/ventilator experience.
Demonstrate competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care, demonstrated in a home or lab setting.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to infants and young children at home during their initial weeks of homecare.
Work as an extension of a hospital care team in a team-based environment.
Provide extensive training to the client's family and ongoing care team.
Deliver one-on-one care to patients.
Provide infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care.
