About The Position
The Per-Diem Registered Nurse works in the Kendal at Longwood community, providing quality, personalized care to residents as part of a team. The role offers clinical autonomy and opportunities to build lasting relationships with residents and their families. The nurse assesses and supports residents' physical care goals, monitors their development, serves as a resource, and helps ensure a home that promotes quality of life, security, and wellness in accordance with regulatory and department standards. Staff and residents are part of a family atmosphere, and the experienced healthcare team provides care to residents over extended periods. The community is located near West Chester, Pennsylvania, Wilmington, Delaware, and Maryland, on 500 acres near Longwood Gardens.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality, personalized care to residents in a team environment.
