About The Position

CarDon is hiring Registered Nurses for Morristown Manor, with full-time and part-time opportunities on day and night shifts. RNs averaging 40 hours per week can earn up to $6,000 annually in additional income, with $500 added to their pay for each month they meet the hourly goal. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for day and night shifts only.

The Registered Nurse delivers high-quality, individualized resident care in a supportive, collaborative environment. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates resident care, working with a multidisciplinary team to promote health outcomes and enhance the resident experience. The role also involves supporting residents and families throughout their healthcare journey.

Requirements

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness and side effects.
• Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Document resident care activities accurately and promptly in compliance with regulatory standards.
