About The Position

CarDon and Associates is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality patient care at Morristown Manor. The role supports residents across day and night shifts, assisting with their daily needs and promoting comfort and well-being. The LPN collaborates with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitors residents’ health, administers medications, and educates residents and their families. The position offers flexible nursing schedules and opportunities for career advancement, including leadership development.

Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a long-term care or assisted living environment.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide education to residents and their families.
