About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for 1:1 private duty care in Valparaiso and surrounding communities. Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time while enjoying the flexibility, support, and stability of a BAYADA nursing career. This role offers the opportunity to focus on one client, build meaningful relationships, and provide personalized, high-quality care in the comfort of the client's home. BAYADA provides 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and experienced guidance.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, 1:1 nursing care in the comfort of your client's home.
- Focus your attention on one client throughout your shift.
- Build a meaningful relationship with the client and their family.
- Provide personalized, high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
- Utilize user-friendly electronic charting through Statewise.
