About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse specializing in PACU for an acute care hospital in Santa Rosa, California. The assignment offers weekly pay of $2,532 and, where eligible, a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,743 per week. The assignment is available for 13 or 18 weeks and has two openings. Shift options include evening shifts (five 8-hour shifts, 14:00–22:00), day shifts (five 8-hour shifts, 11:00–19:00), and day shifts (four 10-hour shifts, 11:00–23:00). In Pre/Post, start times vary according to the area assigned for the day, beginning at 06:00 and staggered through 08:30. The nurse must be flexible with their schedule. The listed start date is November 16, 2026.
Requirements
- Active California RN license (compact license accepted where applicable) and PACU specialty.
- At least 1 year of recent PACU experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS is required if caring for pediatric patients.
- Must be flexible with schedule and varying Pre/Post start times.
