About The Position
Franciscan Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Michigan City Campus. Nurses provide comprehensive care to patients and their families by listening to and assessing patients, developing plans of care, and implementing, reassessing, and evaluating care. The position is associated with current .6 night openings on the 5 East Med/Surg/Ortho unit (25 beds, 5:1 patient ratio) and the 5 West Med/Surg unit (21 beds, 5:1 patient ratio). The role offers a didactic learning experience in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited program.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Indiana or a state listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Experience is required; the amount and type are not specified.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is desirable.
