About The Position
Franciscan Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Michigan City Campus. Nurses provide comprehensive care to patients and their families by listening to and assessing each patient, developing plans of care, implementing them, and reassessing and evaluating patient outcomes. The role is on a 24-bed unit with a 4:1 patient ratio and includes a didactic learning experience in a fast-paced environment. Current openings are for .6 FTE night shifts, with rotating weekends and holidays. Travel is never or rarely required. Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited program.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Indiana or a state listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Experienced and new graduate nurses are welcome.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is desirable.
