About The Position
PruittHealth @ Home is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health care across Surry and Stokes Counties, with the main office in Pilot Mountain, North Carolina. The role offers flexible weekday day-shift scheduling, autonomy, and one-on-one patient care. Pay is based on experience, with a stated range of $74,880–$90,480. The Home Health RN Case Manager provides skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes, performs assessments and start-of-care visits, and develops care plans. The nurse works with an interdisciplinary care team, supervises LPNs and Home Health Aides, documents care using an iPad with AI assistance, and educates patients and families to promote independence. The role supports continuity, quality, and safety of patient care.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- CPR certification.
- At least 1 year of RN experience.
Nice To Haves
- Home health or acute care experience is preferred.
- Experience with aging or adult patient populations.
- Highly organized, with strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize a busy caseload, and work confidently with technology and electronic documentation systems.
- OASIS experience is a plus.
