About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Fargo Rehab location. Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse, the RN uses the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise care for patients admitted to the nursing unit. The role includes planning, coordinating, and providing patient care, interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family education for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources. Other related duties may be assigned or requested, including serving as a Charge Nurse, which requires current ACLS certification. Requirements
- Hold a current registered nurse (RN) license in the state where the hospital resides, or a compact license if the state participates.
- Hold current BLS certification.
- Provide evidence of AHA-approved ACLS certification within 90 days of employment.
- Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.
Nice To Haves
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Use the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise care for patients admitted to the nursing unit.
