About The Position

Adoration Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide expert, patient-centered care in the Vienna, West Virginia coverage area. The role involves providing one-to-one care in patients’ homes, creating care plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals, and supporting patients, families, and caregivers. Nurses work independently with team support and participate in the local branch’s on-call rotation as required. The position is full-time. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available to external candidates only.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college of nursing.
• Current unrestricted registration and nursing license in the state of practice and the state of residence.
• At least one year of nursing practice in a patient care setting.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home health, geriatrics, or other related settings is preferred.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Create home health care plans that align with physician orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in the local branch’s on-call rotation as required.
