About The Position

UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for its ambulatory geriatrics clinic, working primarily at East Terrace. The clinic provides primary and specialty care, including Falls Clinic, Memory Clinic, and Geriatric Assessment Clinic services. The role involves telephone triage, speaking directly with patients, helping them manage complex health care needs, and providing hands-on care in the clinic. Requirements

• At least 6 months of RN experience.
• Registration as a registered nurse in the state of employment or licensure in a state in the licensure compact, required upon hire.
• CPR/BLS certification, required upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Relevant RN experience preferred.
• Applicable clinical certification preferred.

Responsibilities
