About The Position
Reid Health is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Geriatrics Advanced Practice Provider to join its established outpatient geriatrics practice in Richmond, Indiana. The provider will deliver comprehensive, personalized care to older adults, help preserve patients’ quality of life, dignity, and independence, build a patient panel, and develop lasting relationships with patients and their families. The practice includes one physician, one APP, one LPN, one medical assistant, and one office assistant. The role has no inpatient responsibilities. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Indiana professional license required.
- Must maintain BLS/ACLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, personalized outpatient care to geriatric patients.
- Help preserve older adults’ quality of life, dignity, and independence.
- Build a patient panel and develop lasting relationships with patients and their families.
