About The Position

UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for an ambulatory geriatrics role, working primarily at the Fitchburg Clinic. The clinic provides primary and specialty care, including Falls Clinic, Memory Clinic, and Geriatric Assessment Clinic services. The RN works with geriatric patients in a fast-paced clinic, communicating directly with patients, performing telephone triage, helping patients manage complex health care needs, and providing hands-on clinic care. The role is collaborative and relies on teamwork.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of RN experience.
• Registration as a registered nurse in the state of employment or licensure in a state within the licensure compact, required upon hire.
• CPR/BLS certification, required upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Relevant RN experience.
• Applicable clinical certification.
