About The Position
Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center in Williamsburg, Virginia, is hiring a travel Registered Nurse for its Medical Telemetry unit. This is a 14-week temporary assignment on the day shift, paying $75 per hour. The nurse will provide bedside care for up to six patients, depending on acuity. No benefits are offered for this assignment. The facility is a 145-bed Certified Primary Stroke Center with advanced healthcare technology, imaging, and operating rooms. It provides a range of medical services and has earned Magnet recognition for nursing excellence.
Requirements
- RN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current, valid RN license to work in Virginia.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current NIHH certification.
- At least 2 years of recent bedside RN patient care experience in a Medical Telemetry unit.
- Ability to proficiently and adequately care for up to six patients, depending on acuity.
Nice To Haves
- EPIC user experience is strongly preferred.
