About The Position
Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) MST - Central Staffing Office. This position is part of the Texas Health Central Staffing Office, an internal staffing department that provides clinical staffing resources for all THR hospitals. The role requires flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on the needs of the business, specifically within assigned regions. The department emphasizes high-performing staff with excellent critical thinking skills and a focus on delivering high-quality patient care through nursing education, research, and innovations. The environment is supportive and team-oriented with opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing required
- 5+ years clinical nurse experience
- Minimum of 3 years Med Surg experience in the last five years required
- Current TX RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing required upon hire
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire required
- NIHSS – National Institute of Health Stroke certificate within 30 days of hire
- Must be available to work 36 hours/week
- Must have flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on assigned region.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- CLIAFE – Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required
