Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekend BAYLOR
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care has immediate weekend openings for registered nurses serving adult and pediatric clients in Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland County, New Jersey. Nurses provide one-on-one home care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, including clients who require tracheostomy and ventilator care. The weekend BAYLOR program offers enhanced pay: work 16 hours and be paid for 20, or work 24 hours and be paid for 32. Nurses must commit to working every weekend or every other weekend on an ongoing basis. Available assignments include adult and pediatric cases in Clayton, Mullica Hill, Sewell, Woodbury, Swedesboro, Turnersville, Salem, Vineland, Bridgeton, and Voorhees Township, with specific weekend and occasional Friday shifts across morning, evening, and overnight hours. Available shift lengths include 8, 10, and 12 hours. The role offers flexible scheduling based on nurse preferences, weekly pay, and paid training. Training is provided in the office, in the home, and online, with practice in adult and pediatric simulation labs and around-the-clock clinical support by phone. Electronic charting is completed using Statewise.
Requirements
- Hold a current, valid nursing license in the United States.
- Graduate from a qualified nursing program.
- Commit to working every weekend or every other weekend on an ongoing basis for the weekend program.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one home health care to adult and pediatric clients.
- Care for clients across a range of ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, including tracheostomy and ventilator clients.
- Work committed weekend shifts on an ongoing basis, either every weekend or every other weekend.
- Use Statewise for electronic charting.
