About The Position
Ocean Grove Rehab and Nursing is hiring Registered Nurses to provide care to long-term care residents in Millsboro, Delaware. This is a weekend Baylor program: work 16 hours on Saturday and 16 hours on Sunday and receive pay for 20 hours each day. Nurses must work all Baylor shifts to qualify for Baylor pay. New graduates are welcome, and training and orientation are provided. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents.

- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards.
