RN – Private Duty |Evansville
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses for 1:1 private duty care in Evansville and surrounding communities. Nurses provide skilled care to one client at a time in the client's home, serving clients of all ages—from pediatrics to geriatrics—with varied clinical needs and acuity levels. The role offers daytime and overnight opportunities, 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts, and full-time, part-time, and PRN scheduling options. PRN requires a minimum of four shifts per month. Weekends are not required. BAYADA provides personalized, paid onboarding and training, simulation labs, clinical skill-building, 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and guidance. Nurses use Statewise electronic charting and may access career growth and development opportunities. Requirements
- Hold an active RN license in the state of Indiana.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, one-to-one nursing care to a client in the client's home.

- Build relationships with the client and their family while providing care.
- Use Statewise electronic charting.
