About The Position
Quick Response Registered Nurses provide symptom relief and support with empathy, bravery, and skill. The after-hours response team delivers crucial support and comfort to patients during vulnerable times. Hospice nursing goes beyond administering medical care: nurses honor patients’ wishes and help ensure dignity and comfort, while supporting patients and families through a challenging journey. The role provides direct patient care in homes and facilities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience.
- Active, unencumbered state Registered Nurse license.
- Current driver’s license and auto liability coverage.
- CPR certification.
- Copy of TB results and an updated physical.
- Ability and interest in providing direct patient care in homes and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide symptom relief and support to hospice patients.
