About The Position

Perform individualized care for assigned patients, incorporating clinical practice guidelines with established nursing practice. Complete documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough, and timely manner. Adhere to the case management model for assigned patients, working with physicians for effective throughput. Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in nursing.
• Alabama state licensure.
• Must pass a medication test.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must obtain ACLS certification within one year of hire.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• One year of experience preferred.
