About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for 1:1 private duty care in Kokomo and surrounding communities. This role offers more flexibility, support, and allows nurses to focus on one patient at a time, building meaningful relationships with clients and their families. Nurses will provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of the client's home. BAYADA serves clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of clinical needs.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time.
• Build a meaningful relationship with clients and their families.
• Provide personalized, high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
