Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time- Days - $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS
About The Position
The Registered Nurse ensures appropriate medical care for the people served, directly or through an LPN. The role performs skilled nursing duties; provides training, direction, and assistance to direct care staff; communicates and enforces medical policies and procedures; and oversees certified staff in medication administration. The position is based in Central Nursing and reports to the RN Supervising Residential Nurse. It is a Monday–Friday, non-exempt role, with hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The nurse must travel to various Intandem locations to perform skilled nursing duties. Starting pay is $37.44–$43.68 per hour, based on years licensed. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is paid over two years. Benefits information is available by contacting Intandem.
Requirements
- Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
- One year of nursing experience.
- Valid New York State driver’s license that meets the Agency’s driving policy.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability and willingness to travel to various Intandem locations.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and sensitivity to the physical and psychological needs of the people served.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
