About The Position
Select Specialty Hospital - Augusta is a critical illness recovery hospital providing inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who need extended healing and recovery. Registered Nurses provide compassionate, excellent care throughout patients’ treatment and recovery. This is a full-time night position scheduled from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. in Augusta, Georgia, with compensation of $39.41 to $52.00 per hour and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS certification required at hire.
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities
- Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
- Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
- Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including laboratory results and telemetry.
- Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
- Demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events.
- Instruct and counsel patients and families.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
