About The Position

Regency Hospital - Cleveland West is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide inpatient post-ICU care to chronic, critically ill patients who need extended healing and recovery. Nurses provide compassionate care and help patients through vulnerable stages of recovery. The role includes a thorough RN orientation, opportunities for career development and clinical skill advancement, and support for professional education. The position is full-time, with 12-hour shifts. Compensation is $41–$51 per hour, depending on years of experience, with additional differentials for night and weekend shifts. Sign-on bonuses are listed as $15,000 for days and $18,000 for nights.

Requirements

Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BLS certification required at hire.
ACLS certification required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
Complete timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including laboratory results and telemetry.
Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
Demonstrate competence in rapid response and code events.
Instruct and counsel patients and families.
Perform other duties as assigned.
