About The Position

Sanford Health is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for its Women's Health Clinic. The clinic provides wellness visits, screenings, and specialty care services across every stage of life. The RN uses the nursing process to provide individualized patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no weekends or holidays.

Requirements

• Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practicing, or possess multistate licensure if practicing in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Obtain and maintain required department-specific licensure, competencies, and certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is preferred; examples include programs accredited by AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA.
• A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care.
• Assess patients and provide patient education and triage.
• Perform other nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Practice within the scope of nursing expertise and applicable nursing practice standards, laws, and regulations.
• Apply age- and population-specific standards appropriate to the assigned clinical setting.
