Registered Nurse Weekend Program Short Stay Unit

About The Position
The Registered Nurse Weekend Program in the Short Stay Unit provides direct, comprehensive nursing care to patients from admission through discharge. This is a full-time position with a 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. schedule, a 15% shift differential, and a 25% weekend differential.
Requirements
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kentucky.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within six months of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
- National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within six months of hire.
- Complete mandatory nonviolent crisis prevention training before the end of the orientation period and maintain it annually.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
