About The Position

AMOREM is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse care coordinator for home care. The role focuses on quality end-of-life bedside care, using technology to improve care, educating patients and families, coordinating plans of care, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The nurse takes a holistic approach to patients and families and has a flexible schedule with flexible on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted nursing license.
• Completed RN degree (ADN, BSN, or MSN).
• Willingness to take on new challenges and desire for professional growth.
• Up-to-date CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Hospice and palliative medicine experience preferred.
