RN - Registered Nurse - Critical Care Float Pool - Straight Nights & Weekends
About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) uses the nursing process—including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes and planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized nursing care to patients. The role involves working independently and collaboratively with a team of professionals to provide ongoing care, collaboration, and learning. The position is in the Critical Care Float Pool and is scheduled for straight night shifts and weekends. Requirements
- At least 2 years of RN experience.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program, including programs accredited by AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA.
- Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or hold multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
