Requirements

One to three years of experience
Two-year associate degree
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
Oklahoma Registered Nurse License

Responsibilities

Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
Planning for the provision of patient care including the development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care as described in the Patient Care policies and procedures.
Adhering to and abiding by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act as well as other regulatory and accrediting organizations including CMS and TJC.
