About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Critical Care Float Pool PRN Program. This role offers two shift options with competitive hourly rates. As a PRN nurse, you will provide critical care to patients across various units as needed. We are a drug-free facility and require passing a pre-employment drug screening.
Requirements
- Current RN License
- ACLS certification
- Minimum of two years of experience in ICU and/or Emergency Department
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members and co-workers in a manner consistent with a strong customer service focus.
- Strong assessment, organizational and problem-solving skills as evidenced by the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and role components required.
- Ability to function independently and exercise judgment in interactions with physicians, interprofessional care team and patients, and their families.

Benefits
- Tier 1: $47.20/hour - 1 shift per week or 4 shifts per month.
- Tier 2: $50.00/hour - 2 shifts per week or 8 shifts per month.
