About The Position
As an RN in our Float Pool PRN Program, you will have the opportunity to work flexible shifts while providing essential nursing care. We offer two shift options to accommodate your availability and commitment level.
Requirements
- Current RN License
- ACLS certification
- Minimum of two recent years of Telemetry nursing experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members and co-workers in a manner consistent with a strong customer service focus.
- Strong assessment, organizational and problem-solving skills as evidenced by the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and role components required.
- Ability to function independently and exercise judgment in interactions with physicians, interprofessional care team and patients, and their families.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care as part of the Float Pool PRN Program.

Benefits
- Tier 1: $40.12/hour - 1 shift per week or 4 shifts per month
- Tier 2: $42.50/hour - 2 shifts per week or 8 shifts per month
