About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, safe, cost-effective, comprehensive nursing care to patients using the nursing process. The RN coordinates and integrates patient care according to the needs of patients and their family members, and directs care in accordance with established safety, risk management, and infection-control standards. The goal is to discharge patients with an optimum level of care provided. The RN uses evidence-based practice, follows professional standards and the Florida State Nurse Practice Act, reviews orders and test results, and accurately and promptly documents care in the electronic health record.
Requirements
- Graduate of an RN program.
- Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- American Heart Association ACLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- BSN.
- One year of experience as a registered nurse.
