Registered Nurse RN
About The Position
The Registered Nurse works in harmony with the nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care with compassion and teamwork. The role works under direct supervision, applying the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, practice guidelines, and nursing judgment. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available on all shifts. The posting lists a full-time 7 a.m.–7 p.m. shift and part-time weekend Diamond Program schedules of Saturday and Sunday, either 7 a.m.–7 p.m. or 7 p.m.–7 a.m. The Diamond Program includes a $9 shift premium; its schedules are not eligible for the sign-on bonus. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to newly hired full-time RNs who start on or before October 31, 2026. The posted pay range is $33.00–$37.00 per hour. Compensation decisions consider factors such as skills, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and organizational needs. The employer welcomes new graduates. A long-term care facility background is strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state, as required.
- Reliable transportation is required.

- At least one year of nursing experience in a long-term care facility is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, practice guidelines, and nursing judgment.
- Deliver nursing care to patients, collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information related to patient care.
- Direct and supervise care provided by other nursing staff members as needed.
