About The Position

We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-paying, flexible position performing skilled nursing visits for adult and geriatric medical/surgical patients in the Home Health setting. This is a field RN position, sometimes referred to as a Case Manager, responsible for managing the care of assigned home health patients. The role is not shift-based: nurses schedule directly with patients, allowing flexibility in when the workday starts and ends and the ability to plan around personal appointments and events. The agency is well-established, with many years of success and stability.

The position involves visiting multiple patients daily in their homes or senior living communities. The agency provides convenient electronic charting and a company phone.

Requirements

• Current, active RN license in the state.
• At least one year of Registered Nurse experience in an acute setting.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or have a Green Card.

Nice To Haves

• Home Health experience preferred.
