About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to join its Home Health team. The nurse provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, helping them achieve optimal health, independence, and quality of life. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and committed to exceptional patient-centered care. The service area includes Wayne County and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Updated Tuberculin (TB) test.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Clear criminal history and drug screen.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Ability to travel within AdvisaCare’s service area.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of patient support.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of home health nursing experience; preferred but not required.
