About The Position

CentraCare is hiring a Registered Nurse for the award-winning Orthopedic Unit at St. Cloud Hospital, a 29-bed unit and one of Minnesota’s highest-volume joint replacement hospitals. The unit provides care for children and adults with a range of orthopedic conditions, including joint replacements, sports medicine conditions, and fractures resulting from accidents or other trauma. Nurses work as part of a team nursing approach. The position is full-time, with 72 hours per two-week pay period, and is onsite. The schedule is a 12-hour day/night rotation, with shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. It includes every third weekend (Friday through Sunday) and rotating holidays. Pay is based on experience and degree. The listed pay range is $44.57–$74.37 per hour. Starting rates are $44.57 per hour for an associate degree or nursing diploma, $46.11 per hour for a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and $47.65 per hour for a master’s degree in nursing. Additional pay is available for evening, night, and weekend shifts. Eligible candidates may qualify for a $3,500 hiring bonus and a $5,000 relocation bonus. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a current Minnesota RN license, a current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card, and obtaining a BSN within three years.
