Registered Nurse, Progressive Care/Cardiac Unit, 36hrs Nights
About The Position
Winchester Hospital is a 183-bed regional hospital and a provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area. The Registered Nurse will work on the Progressive Care/Cardiac A1 Team, completing patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, observing patient progress, and evaluating therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness. The nurse will collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal care strategy for each patient and support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve the best possible outcomes. The schedule consists of three 12-hour night shifts, including weekend and holiday rotation. The position pays a base hourly wage of $36.00–$90.14. Beth Israel Lahey Health requires all staff to be vaccinated against influenza as a condition of employment.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Nice To Haves
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strongly encouraged.
- Work experience in the unit-specific specialty is preferred.
