About The Position
The Registered Nurse will work in the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) department, caring for patients during labor, delivery, and the postpartum period. The position requires night-shift work from 7 PM to 7 AM and includes a schedule of two Mondays, two Fridays, every other weekend, one major holiday, and one minor holiday.
Requirements
- Current RN license: single-state Registered Nurse or RN multi-state compact license.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Red Cross or equivalent.
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification or equivalent; NRP-Provisional may be obtained within 180 days.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification or equivalent; ACLS-Provisional may be obtained within 180 days.
- At least 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery or LDRP nursing.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in labor, delivery, and the postpartum period in the LDRP department.
