Requirements

• Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
• If possessing an active temporary practice permit, must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within one (1) year
• Must be able to perform essential job functions
• Satisfactory criminal history reports, including PA State Police and FBI clearance
• Satisfactory completion of a medical examination and a drug screening test

Nice To Haves

• Within 60 days of graduating from a school of nursing approved by the State Board of Nursing, you are eligible to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions, monitor changes, and respond with appropriate care
• Develop and update treatment plans based on patient needs and nursing standards
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and record patient reactions
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary staff to support patient progress
• Apply approved techniques to address psychiatric or medical emergencies
• Guide patients through daily activities and promote health education
