Registered Nurse - PCU

About The Position
The Registered Nurse works nights in a cardiac stepdown unit at the Heart Hospital. The unit has a significant cardiac patient population and 55 beds. Cardiovascular experience is required. The role offers 36- or 48-hour scheduling options. First-time travelers are accepted, and local travelers may be considered. The patient ratio is 1:4. Weekend work is required as needed on a rotating basis, and floating is required. There is no on-call requirement. Block scheduling is considered case by case. Scrub colors are unrestricted, but scrubs must not have a logo.
Requirements
- Cardiovascular experience required
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- NIH certification
- CPI certification preferred
- Two years of experience preferred; candidates with one or more years will be considered
