About The Position
The Registered Nurse uses critical-thinking skills to coordinate and provide safe, quality care to patients. The nurse applies the nursing process—including triage, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—and assists in organizing patient-care activities as assigned. The posting identifies this role as Pediatric ER and lists a rotating shift. Qualified candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000, paid over 24 months.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Registered Nurse program.
- Florida Registered Nurse license.
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.
- American Heart Association ACLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.
- CPI certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.
- PALS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.
- TNCC certification: inexperienced nurses must obtain it within 2 years of hire or transfer; experienced nurses must obtain it within 1 year of hire or transfer.
