About The Position
BAYADA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for 1:1 private duty care in Auburn and surrounding communities. This role offers the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to a single client at a time, focusing on building a meaningful relationship and delivering personalized, high-quality care. The position emphasizes flexibility, support, and stability, with opportunities for clients of all ages and varying clinical needs.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time in the comfort of their home.
- Focus attention on one client throughout the shift.
- Build a meaningful relationship with the client and their family.
- Provide personalized, high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
- Utilize user-friendly electronic charting through Statewise.
