About The Position

BAYADA’s Upstate Skilled Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The position provides one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home, with scheduling arranged around the nurse’s chosen schedule. Nurses receive paid orientation that includes virtual and hands-on training, along with onboarding and ongoing support from office staff. The role includes weekly pay, flexible scheduling, nurse appreciation events, and benefits that vary according to employment type. The pay range is $30–$32 per hour.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you according to an agreed schedule.
Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
