About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care's Columbia Skilled Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team and provide compassionate, high-quality home care. Nurses receive paid onboarding and orientation, including virtual and hands-on training, and support from office staff. The role provides one-to-one care for a client in the client's home, with scheduling flexibility across days, afternoons, evenings, and nights. Benefits vary according to employment type.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you according to a schedule you choose to be matched with.
Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
