About The Position

Elara Caring is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Personal Care Services home care team in Albia, Iowa, and surrounding areas. The nurse provides one-to-one care to patients in their homes and helps deliver high-quality care at the right time and place. The position is part-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule. It does not require weekend or holiday work or on-call availability, and offers work autonomy and flexible schedules. The role reports to the Clinical Supervisor. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting.
• Passion for patient care and excellence.
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
